Please note the following:

Once you register, the Month 1 materials will be available to you. Every 30 days after, the next month's materials will become available. To complete the Certificate, you will need to submit your 1-page homework reflections to the administrator by the end of that 30-day period. You can also do the program without aiming for the Certificate and completing the homework. People who complete the Certificate will be eligible to begin participating in a monthly Zoom group with Tina directly if they want, as new groups open up for Year 2 of the program (for an additional fee).
